Former champions, Micura Stevedoring Services and the National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders will battle for the winners’ trophy at the final of the 6th Ships and Ports Maritime Cup competition.
The final match will be played on Friday at the Astro Truf pitch of the National Stadium, Lagos.
NAGAFF defeated Sifax Group 2-0 to book their final match ticket, while Micura overcame hard-fighting ENL Consortium 2-1 in the second semi-final match.
NAGAFF, who have not won the event, topped Group D, where they defeated APM Terminals, Apapa 3-0 and Mickey Excellency 2-0 before they hammered Group B runners-up Apapa Bulk Terminal Ltd 3-0 to book a place in the semi-finals.
Micura Stevedoring Services, who won the 2nd edition of the competition in 2010, qualified from Group A.
They defeated debutants African Circle 6-1 and played a 0-0 draw with Sifax Group to claim top place in their group. Micura defeated Dominion Divine Freight Forwarders 3-2.
Defending champions Nigeria Customs Service crashed out in the quarter-finals after losing 6-5 on penalties to Sifax Group.
