On Thursday President Goodluck Jonathan opened the multi-billion Naira ‘Phases three and four’ of the Abuja Water Treatment Plant pledging to provide portable water supply to all residents of the Federal Capital Territory.

The Chief Press Secretary to the Minister of the FCT, Muhammed Sule, said in an electronic mail on Thursday that the President commissioned the water project at the Lower Usuma Dam, Abuja.
